Pest-master team have carried out a loft void clean for one of our Housing association clients in Lanarkshire. Fowling ,nesting and contaminated insulation removed.Biocidal spray completed to make safe area.
Residual insecticidal treatment carried out to intercept migratory insect pests.Ingress points sealed to deny future ingress.
All pigeon fouling and contaminated insulation removed from loft, a lot of the floorboards were stained but all areas have been scraped and treated with biocidal spray so the loft space is safe to enter. Proofing carried out to top of brick work with mesh and expanding foam to prevent pigeons getting back in.
